I have a large amount of experience in Telecommunications industry. I work with enterprise customers on internet connectivity for fiber and Ethernet networks. I am great in high energy environments and have worked as an escalation manager in two different roles. In the telecom space I also have in depth experience with VoIP and Call Center Management.  Outside of telecom I am experienced in the Health care field in which I managed EMRs and the instances/connectivity to network devices.  I also worked on a server install project in the health care space.
