I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA Honors), where I gained a comprehensive understanding of various business domains including marketing, supply chain management, logistics, operations, project management, finance, accounting, and human resources.

Among these, supply chain and logistics management stood out as the most relevant to my current role. These subjects gave me in-depth knowledge of how goods move from origin to destination, how to manage inventory, coordinate transportation, and ensure timely deliveries — all of which are crucial in my dispatching responsibilities.
