I've worked in customer service and asset management, where I improved team efficiency and handled complex financial reports. I’m skilled in Microsoft Excel and love using data to make smart, strategic decisions. My background in financial management, along with my knack for clear communication and enthusiasm for learning new tools, makes me excited about bringing my skills to new challenges and contributing to a dynamic team.

I have a diverse background in financial and customer service roles, starting with my current position as a Customer Service Representative at Northern Trust, where I enhanced team efficiency by centralizing client data and managed financial reports and client communications. Previously, as an Asset Management Finance Intern at Northern Trust, I supported financial reporting and analysis, and developed expense schedules. My experience also includes a Finance Internship at Marathon Sportswear, where I handled inventory management and invoicing, and a role as Assistant Manager at Joe’s Joe, where I managed inventory and pricing while providing customer service. Additionally, as a Legal Assistant at Cronin, Peters, and Cook, P.C., I organized financial data and prepared legal documents.
