Kasandra Jaramillo

My name is Kasandra Jaramillo, and I am a dedicated Human Resources professional with over 1 year of experience. I am passionate about supporting employees, fostering a positive work environment, and continuously growing both personally and professionally. I strive to contribute to workplace harmony by promoting open communication and strong relationships. I am currently working as a Human Resources Assistant at LSG Sky Chefs in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, where I have been employed since September 2023. In this role, I lead the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate interviews. I also manage the new employee orientation, ensuring smooth onboarding and clear communication of company policies. Additionally, I administer I-9 compliance, assist with background checks using HireRight, and help resolve employee grievances, all while maintaining positive employee relations and compliance with union agreements.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, where I studied from August 2021 to May 2023. During my time there, I also obtained a certificate in Managing Diversity in Organizations (MDIO), further enhancing my skills in fostering inclusive and effective work environments.
