With more than fourteen years of experience supporting OEMs John Deere and Volvo as a DevOps Engineer by producing technical documentation, authoring complex engineering deliverables, software and supporting operational and security‑focused teams with project management, I bring the communication precision, organizational discipline, and the technical passion required for this role.

My background includes extensive experience project managing, reviewing, and editing IT technical assessments, diagnostic reports, and customer‑facing deliverables and working with complex authoring tools (Grade-X, Arbortext, Adobe Products, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, PTC to name a few) and CAD applications to produce deliverables. At John Deere and AB Volvo, I routinely produced and edited technical reports, operational analyses, and engineering documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. For John Deere deliverables included service manuals, diagnostics, and engineering documentation. For Volvo deliverables included field application software releases, supporting new and legacy HW & SW releases on trucks using the diagnostic service application - Tech Tool. 

 I have a solid foundation in networking, diagnostics, and IT‑adjacent engineering environments, enabling me to understand and refine content related to security assessments, system behavior, and technical workflows. 

SharePoint governance and document management are also core strengths of mine. With over a decade of experience working with SharePoint and all its glory, I have built and maintained structured repositories, implemented change‑control processes, created forms and submission workflows, and developed self‑service documentation solutions for internal teams. I am comfortable managing task lists, tracking project status, and ensuring that no request or deliverable falls between the cracks — a responsibility I have carried across multiple roles supporting engineering and operations teams. 

I also was a member of the process development and documentation team for AB Volvo from 2014-2020. Creator of the guide for developing documentation processes and guide for creating a process development team. We drove improvement initiatives, database efficacy testing, documenting current-state workflows, identifying gaps, and helping define future-state processes that improved accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. My background includes coordinating documentation and evidence for audits, supporting governance processes, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. 

As a maintainability/requirements engineer for AB Volvo, I bring experience working with marketing and technical organizations through RFP, RFI, RFQ response contributions, technical content refinement, and  preparation for customer‑facing materials. My ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer‑ready language has been a consistent asset to cross‑functional teams. I also have considerable experience working with Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM) documents. I have worked with both documents based on engineering input, maintained template libraries, and ensured alignment with governance, compliance, and operational requirements. My work has consistently involved coordinating with legal, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure that documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for customer delivery.
