My name is Karina and I’m an IT consultant turned Yoga Therapist. I am devoted to traditional Yoga in the lineage of masters T.Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar. I have over seven years of teaching experience and my commitment is to bring healing, joy, safety and presence to your body, breath and mind via asana, pranayama, meditation and other Yoga tools.
