  • 25+ years of preparing project estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of project and provided status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues by communicating across the leadership spectrum.
  • 25+ years’ of experience understanding the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
  • 25+ years’ of experience defining Project Scope of Work.
  • 25+years’ of experience delegating and managing project/program expectations and deliverables.
  • 25+ years’ experience mentoring teams.
