QuickBooks Desktop and Online (performed A/R, A/P, Payroll, Prepared reports using Excel integration from Quickbooks. Prepared budget reports monthly, quarterly and yearly. Also had experience with Quickbooks running my own bookkeeping service for a period of time.
Custom designed software for Newspapers doing A/R, A/P and Payroll.

Education
My education in the Bookkeeping arena started with using a peg board system at Veterinarian's office. I used a ledger card system, sent invoices and received payments. And has progressed from there. From there I went to work at a newspaper. At the newspaper I was the office manager I performed all A/P duties and oversaw the work of the A/R person. I also performed payroll. This included everything from timesheet processing, writing checks and performing all quarterly and yearly reports to the IRS and printing the W-9's at year end. I have also used Quickbooks for several years, which has included several small companies to track their expenses. I billed them by the hour. At my 2 most current positions I used Quickbooks to do the A/P and A/R. Also have learned the State of Alaska Grant Vantage program.
