I am interested in the Programs/Projects Coordinator roles. As a student graduated with a master’s degree in project management from Northeastern University, Boston. I believe my education and professional experience is relevant for this role. I recently completed my internship with AmerisourceBergen as a Project Coordinator. I worked on building process improvement metrics and traceability matrix to highlight key risks and recommendations that improved the turnaround time by five days between Amerisource and recently acquired UK based healthcare organization - Alliance Healthcare. I also calculated network days and conducted data aggregation to construct a detailed process flow diagram to support IT ticketing requests. Moreover, I prepared functional specification documents to advance from SDLC to Adaptive Solution Framework with Project & Portfolio Managers.

After completing my post-graduate diploma in management with majors in finance in 2019. I have worked with KPMG as an Associate where I analyzed financial records such as income statements and expenditure documents to determine capital financial analysis, contract modifications and provided financial models, returns and assignment sheets with the Right First Time (RFT) rate of 85 percent to act as a bridge between KGS India and ET office Chicago.

I am a certified scrum master and prince2 project management practitioner. Worked with companies like Karvy Stock Broking on business development project, DCB Bank on Product testing project. I am currently working with Sage Stream as Project Consultant on Integrated Project Plan. 

I believe my educational background and experience in working with clients and teams, multiple projects, and ability to analysis report, organize and track deliverables and create project documentation enable me to make a significant impact as a Programs/Projects Coordinator. 

I have a background in project coordination, process improvement, financial analysis, tax preparation, and business development. My experience at AmerisourceBergen Corporation shows your ability to build process improvement metrics and construct detailed process flow diagrams to support IT ticketing requests. I was also able to prepare Functional Specification Documents, Operating Models, Release Strategy, Test Strategy, and Change Management Plan to advance from SDLC to Adaptive Solution Framework. I worked at KPMG involved analyzing financial records, developing detailed electronic workpapers, and streamlining operations to increase client satisfaction. I also have experience in tax preparation for Corporation, Individual and Multi-tiered Investment Partnership clients as per US GAAP accounting standards, and in data collection, evaluation, and analysis for clients like Microsoft to help in mobility consulting and managing a global workforce more efficiently. Your work at Karvy Stock Broking involved designing Risk Management Solutions for Import and Export Businesses to mitigate overhead costs, and at DCB Bank, you managed a temporary project to complete E-KYC for employees and created product testing reports for NiYo solutions. Overall, your experience showcases your ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, and to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

I completed Master of Science in Project Management program that aims to prepare students for leadership roles in project management across a wide range of industries. The program provides a comprehensive education in project management principles, tools, and techniques, and emphasizes the development of key leadership and communication skills necessary for successful project management. The program consists of 12 courses that cover topics such as project management fundamentals, risk management, project scheduling and budgeting, team leadership, and stakeholder management. The program also includes a capstone project in which students apply the knowledge and skills they have learned to a real-world project.
