Kanan Hooker

I started my career in the film industry as a stunt performer when I was 6 years old and have had a strong work ethic since then. When I work towards a goal, there is no such thing as failure as long as you continue to push yourself to achieving that set plan. My favorite quote, even as cliche as it is, “Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life” truly drives me in finding somewhere I can not only utilize my skills to benefit the company, but personally grow with as well. 

As an ambitious person who has a passion for his career, there is no limit to what I am capable of achieving, given the right platform. I worked with my previous employer for six years and moved up the ladder, starting at the ground level and achieving a managerial role in the Business Development Department. With a business development team of three working underneath me, we not only hit target KPI's, but over delivered by at least double year over year. I thrive in a fast paced environment that pushes me to be better at my job with every passing day. 

I studied at Chapman University in Orange, California to achieve my BFA in Business of Film. This allowed me to gain perspective in not only the entertainment world as a whole, but study marketing, business, project management, and many other skills that have advanced my career to where it is today
