Since 2018, I have built a solid foundation in retail and customer service, where I’ve developed strong skills in multitasking, effective communication, and professionalism in fast-paced environments. My experience includes holding key leadership roles such as Keyholder and Assistant Manager, where I was responsible for opening and closing procedures, team supervision, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, I’ve managed social media accounts, giving me a creative edge and a deeper understanding of brand engagement and digital communication. My background reflects a versatile and reliable professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and leading by example

I have experience from working places such as small owned businesses being a Social Media Manager, to highly known corporations as a Call Center Representative. I am constantly looking to expand my skills and learn different jobs. 

I have completed my high school education and received my diploma when I graduated in 2021. I am currently working towards my higher education in order to receive my degree as a future Radiology Technician.
