Ka Tam

I have over 38 years’ experience in the Footwear production and trading business and 8 years’ experience in the Apparel & Accessories field, having worked up his career ladder from Manager to executive management with 2 employers in my career life so far. 

I am fully conversant with the entire supply chain of the footwear industry including materials purchase, product development, commercialization, production, technical support, costing, development, compliance, merchandising, delivery, price negotiation, customer liaison and supplier management. Work together with GORE-TEX team to ensure all the products can meet the required standard. I am familiar with all types of footwear: ladies’ fashion, men’s casual, sports, pump, in all types of materials made including PU, leather, textiles; and PU injection and Indoor slippers. At the same time, I am familiar with test standards/compliance of both U.S. and Europe REACH requirements.

I graduated in Taiwan Tunghai University in 1987 with major Economics.
