About Justin Daniel:
Seeking a challenging and rewarding management position where I can oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a performance horse program and/or cattle operation. I aim to ensure the efficient, profitable, and sustainable management of livestock and equine resources, with a strong emphasis on animal health, land stewardship, and high standards of care and performance. My goal is to contribute to the success of a ranch that values both hands on horsemanship and productive cattle management.
Additionally, I am interested in an opportunity to oversee wildlife populations and hunting activities on a designated ranch or wildlife management property. I bring a passion for conservation and land management, with a strong commitment to implementing sustainable hunting practices, promoting healthy wildlife populations, and ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards.
Experience
My professional experience includes extensive cow/calf and yearling cattle management and operations. My equine experience includes colt starting, breeding programs, performance horses, using ranch horses, training outside client horses, and teaching clients how to handle cattle horseback in ranch settings. My farming experience includes crop and forage production. I have been involved in the outdoor industry as a professional guide either full or part time for 30 years. I am extremely passionate about ranch development and improvement from a producer and wildlife management perspective. I have a unique and diverse skill set that would be beneficial to your business.
