In my work experience, I have managed high trained professionals, and found myself interfacing with a considerable number of business organizations; each with their own requirements; which has provided me insight, appreciation, and understanding of business administration for small to large companies.  In other duties, I was tasked with providing security consulting and architectural overview, and functioned as a project manager by coordinating resource across multiple time zones as well as internationally throughout the world.  I have been responsible for hiring other security and network engineers.  This has provided me comprehension and perception into what today’s corporations expect of potential employees.
