As my previous position as a Sales Associate, I have gained extensive experience in customer service, sales, and marketing. I have developed excellent communication skills, which will allow me to interact effectively with customers and co-workers. I am proficient in handling customer complaints and inquiries, which makes me an ideal candidate for this position. My interpersonal skills come into play when working in a close-knit team environment. My strong interpersonal skills will help me to collaborate effectively with my colleagues and to make a positive contribution to team-based projects. In addition, my experience in sales has taught me the importance of providing top-notch customer service. I am confident that my excellent customer service skills will enable me to build strong relationships with customers and to maintain their loyalty to the business. I have experience is several other fields which makes me a very versatile.
Experience
My professional experience consists of Retail Sales Associate, Call Center Customer Support, Apartment Maintenance technician, Insurance Specialist and Benefits Verification, a Medical Billing /Pre-certification Specialist, Assistant Teacher at a Daycare just to mention a few. I have 30 years of work experience.
Education
I graduated from Virginia College online with an Associate Degree in Healthcare Reimbursement and earlier I received two Associate Degrees In Engineering Technology from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina.
