I hold a Master’s degree in Museum Studies from the University of Washington, where my graduate research focused on digital engagement in contemporary art museums. My thesis, “Roles and Responsibilities of Digital Engagement Managers in Contemporary Art Museums,” explored how technology can connect audiences to art using interactive tools and digital platforms.

During graduate school, I concentrated on strategies to bring technology into spaces with tight budgets and short attention spans, developing approaches that maximize engagement and accessibility. This work gave me a strong foundation in digital storytelling, audience engagement, and creative use of technology—skills I now apply to web strategy and user experience design.
