I have experience in driving cost reduction projects for the distribution/logistics business of Avantor at their headquarters in Radnor PA USA. Avantor is a leading manufacturer of pharma, life science and chemical products. 

I’ve also driven ‘Replacement Cost’ reduction projects and managed the year-end supplier/product cost revision exercises to ensure minimal ‘Weighted cost increase’ across all product categories. 

In addition to the above I am also an expert in Qlikview Business Intelligence administration, MS-Excel, Access, BEx Analyzer & MS-Sharepoint applications on the MS-Office 365 Enterprise-wide platforms to perform forecast & budgeting while driving and co-ordinating projects with numerous internal teams effectively. Providing critical business intelligence by customizing and developing QLikview applications. Assembling data models from ERPs to Qlikview in order to transform voluminous data into actionable intelligence via intelligent layout/chart building and customization for enriched stake holder experience and insight. Building insightful dashboards to monitor supplier performance, stock positions, weighted cost increase/decrease and project performance. 

Using tools like SQL and BEx analyser in conjunction with Qlikview to forecast customer/product sales behaviour eg. Predicting sales increase to various universities during the commencement of their academic year, analysis of raw material index to forecast supplier cost increase of related products. o Work with cross functional teams for successful product on boarding post RFP conclusion o Managed the daily tracking of year-end weighted cost increase negotiations with suppliers to ensure leadership team is apprised of the progress on Qlikview 

o Co-ordinate with cross functions teams (Supply Chain, Portfolio & Sourcing) and report progress on the Quarterly/Annual discount bulk purchase of products to improve annual savings numbers. 

o Compiled business requirement for ‘live’ Sales-at-sales and Sales-at-cost information to transform our BI (Business Intelligence tool) Qlikview to make tactical and informed business decisions to various stakeholders in Sales & Sourcing organizations within Avantor 

o Created customized views on Qlikview (BI Tool) for various stake holders to propel data driven initiatives to aid sales campaigns (AYN – All You Need) and supplier negotiations. 

o Worked with VWR Global Sourcing to consolidate and leverage global purchase requirements 

o Developed and maintained Qlikview and MS-Sharepoint platform for the contracts team to store, organize and retrieve customer and supplier contracts.
