I‘m an organized and reliable person who loves helping keep things running smoothly in the office. I’m great at juggling multiple tasks, whether it’s managing schedules, handling paperwork or answering questions. I have a diverse background in administrative support, customer service and office management with strong documentation and organizational skills. My experiences spans healthcare administration, childcare and household management, office assistance and front desk operations. I speak both English and Portuguese fluently and conversational Spanish. My typing speed is 109wpm. I have experience working with multiple computer software systems including Microsoft Office, Adobe and Devero.
Education
I’ve completed a Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Sao Paulo in 2015 where I developed strong analytical, research and communication skills through coursework in English literature and language. I’ve participated in seminars and projects enhancing my organizational and problem solving abilities.
I have a strong passion for learning and continuously seek to expand my knowledge through self teaching. I often take advantage of online platforms like Coursera, LinkedIn Learning and Youtube to develop new skills, whether for professional growth or personal interest. This ability to learn independently allows me to adapt quickly to new challenges and stay up to date with industry trends, making me a resourceful and proactive professional.
