With nearly three years of experience as a Nurse Assistant, I’ve dedicated my career to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting individuals through challenging medical conditions. Through this role, I’ve developed strong skills in patient advocacy, communication, crisis intervention, and behavioral support, all of which have deepened my interest in the connection between brain health and human behavior.
My experiences in direct patient care, particularly with individuals recovering from illness, injury, or neurological conditions, have inspired me to pursue a future in neuropsychology and behavioral therapy. I am currently expanding my skills in behavioral intervention and cognitive support as I transition into a Behavior Technician role, where I will apply evidence-based techniques to improve patient outcomes.
I am highly motivated by the opportunity to help individuals regain independence, manage behavioral challenges, and improve overall well-being. My leadership experience in healthcare settings, coupled with my ability to collaborate in team environments, allows me to provide both empathetic care and data-driven support.
