Judith Almaraz

Hello my name is Judith. I started in the real estate industry right after high school as a real estate assistant. I went to school for Pharmacology and constantly kept thinking about how much I enjoyed real estate that I decided to pursue a career I'm more passionate about. Currently taking real estate courses to acquire my real estate and broker license. I believe working in escrow is such a  great way to truly grasp the process and will help me become very knowledgeable to my future sellers and buyers. With my broker license I also have the option of becoming an escrow officer and very excited about what the future lies and the many different paths I have available to me in this field.

I had my first taste in real estate as an assistant. I later did Sales at Galpin Volkswagen. There after I did reception for Kriza and currently Ridgegate Escrow. I have exceptional customer service skills, phone etiquette, I understand the importance of the client satisfaction, and huge amount of patience from my past experiences. I do not have first hand experience in the Escrow process however I know the basis and I  have relative experience in real estate. I have the will and determination to learn. I am very adaptable and computer savvy , I know many software systems and databases. Working in pharmacy I know how to handle confidential information since I am HIPAA trained. I believe my attributes would make me a valuable asset in any company. 

I am currently taking real estate classes at College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita. I am expected to finish my courses late 2022 or early 2023. I should obtain my Real Estate license after Spring 2022.
