Juan Salcedo

I am a clinical dietitian who is passionate in the field of nutrition and behavior change. Through my ability to connect and emphasize with clients/patients on a deeper level, I can help them get to the root of their emotional needs when it comes to feeling better and living an improved quality of life. I have my Masters in Nutritional Sciences from the University of North Florida along with a thesis/dissertation completed along with this program - the title can be found in my resume. I also like to research the gut microbiome, bacterial diversity, and how nutrition can play a role as an effective strategy to improve GI-related health outcomes.

I have less than one year of experience as a clinical dietitian, more than one year of experience as a certified dietary manager, and multiple years of experience in the foodservice setting throughout my career prior to becoming a clinical dietitian.
