I am 20 years old, and currently studying at the FVTC to get my Associates in IT Help Desk Specialist.
Experience
I have 3-4 years in customer service, and 1 year of customer rep. I was working as an IT Help Desk Agent over at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh for a little over a year. From there I became a caregiver for people with disabilities, and now I am on a journey to go back to the IT world!
