Former Business Operations Intern at CASA Systems 

- Joined Casa Systems, a NASDAQ-listed high-tech company, as a summer intern to help process and analyze supply chain data with advanced Excel tools and Power BI reports
- Studied sophisticated data collecting and manipulation processes in detail and helped the company discover the root causes of the discrepancies between the quarter projections and the real supplies.
- Took the initiative to automate the supply chain dashboard process with R programming. The existing process required end users to manually process many large files with complicated Excel manipulation and programming (e.g., vLookup), which is very time-consuming and error-prone. Developed a specific R program to replace most of the lengthy manipulations of the Excel files. The efficiency was improved as well as the accuracy since human errors
were eliminated.
