My time in the Navy allowed me to develop strong problem-solving and communication skills while overseeing logistics, customer service, and personnel training.

In addition to my leadership experience, I have a background in counseling and education, where I provided structured support, mentorship, and behavior management. My ability to adapt to diverse learning environments, combined with my passion for fostering growth, makes me well-suited for a role as a substitute teacher. With a B.S. in Addiction Studies and a 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit, I am eager to bring my skills in communication, classroom management, and curriculum support to the classroom.

I earned a B.S. in Addiction Studies from Minot State University, graduating Cum Laude with a 3.74 GPA. Throughout my studies, I was recognized on the President’s List multiple times for academic excellence and received the Engagement Honor Roll for completing at least 50 hours of community service in a semester. My education provided me with a strong foundation in communication, behavioral support, and mentorship—skills that are highly relevant to classroom management and student engagement.
