I have over 20 years of Broadcast / Media experience, bringing a unique backgound that blends Media Production, Public Engagement, Technical Communication, Core Engineering, Customer Service, and Equipment Repair-- a versatile skill-set that is well‑suited for supporting the modern, goal-driven workplace. I am a graduate from University of South Florida, with a B.A. degree in Broadcast Journalism & Public Relations, which is accredited by the A.C.E.J.M.C... 

I have attained 3 awards, and two other certifications that I feel are vital in my line of work. Recently, I served as a Senior I.T. Advisor & Manager with Apple Computers, supporting Apple’s ecosystem of products & services. This role required advanced troubleshooting across networking, accessibility, hardware/software, security protocols, and device features. I delivered clear, empathetic guidance to customers while documenting technical information across multiple tools. This experience strengthened my ability to translate complex terminology into practical solutions. 

Prior to that, I spent several years in broadcast operations & engineering, in the roles of Quality Control, Central‑Cast Operations, Satellite & Teleport , Video Editing, and Master Control. These positions demanded precision, situational awareness, and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues under time‑sensitive conditions. Whether monitoring multi‑affiliate programming, configuring transmission equipment, or ensuring compliance with broadcast standards, I developed a disciplined, detail‑oriented approach that I continue to apply in all workplace environments. 

My background also includes hands‑on production support, public relations work, and experience with mechanical & technical equipment. This versatility has made me comfortable adapting to new tools, workflows, and technologies. I am proficient with a variety of software & platforms, plus bilingual in English & Spanish-- currently learning French, and maintain a strong customer service mindset.
