Customer-obsessed innovator, leader, advisor, and educator. Co-founder of Immersion Active, an award-winning digital firm focused on helping companies connect with older consumers online. Co-authored a book, "Dot Boom: Marketing to Baby Boomers through Meaningful Online Engagement," published in 2009. 

After 17 years, we sold the firm to our biggest client, Home Instead, and I stepped into a new role as Director of Innovation at Immersion Active, continuing to serve a variety of clients in the aging space including our new parent company. 

Four years later, I stepped into that same Director of Innovation role at the Home Instead Global Headquarters, working closely with franchise owners, their staff, and Global HQ teammates to help advance early-stage ideas. 

Later, I became an Advisor to the innovation program at Healthworx, a CareFirst owned company.

I also serve on two advisory boards for our regional startup incubator (FITCI), act as an instructor in their yearly Pitch Accelerator, and teach a course on innovative business model design.
