Most recently, as Head of Compliance and Legal Operations at Cuberg, I led company-wide compliance initiatives, risk management strategies, and legal processes. I served as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring adherence to CFIUS security policies, U.S. export control laws (ITAR & EAR), and global data privacy regulations. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop policies, conduct internal audits, and oversee multi-million dollar contract negotiations.

As Senior Compliance Analyst & CFIUS Security Officer, I was the sole company representative interfacing with CFIUS, managing all regulatory reporting and compliance obligations. I played a key role in aligning company operations with national security requirements and international regulatory frameworks.

My experience also includes legal operations leadership at DeliverMD, where I handled corporate compliance, contract lifecycle management, trademark filings, and litigation support.
