Johnny Everett

Currently a US Army Veteran with 18+ years of service with Human Resources professional background. I have worked hand in hand with The Department of Child Services in Indiana to not only build a company from the ground up but to help families in the system through hard times, case management and compassion. 

I currently serve in The Army National Guard as a leader and teacher of soldiers in the Non-Commission Officer Branch as a Sergeant First Class with 18+ years of service, multiple deployments, and a great sense of humor. I am a follower and a leader and take both roles seriously in all compacities. I have been awarded multiple leadership awards in the military and in my civilian role. I treat everyone with dignity and respect even when shown none. In my experience a simple gesture of respect even while in charge can go a long way. My determination to make an impact on lives leads me to work in roles I can make an impact. 

I am passionate for many things to include motorcycles, leadership, and learning better ways to communicate. If I apply to your company, I did not take it lightly and researched the company extensively before applying. I have worked in many compacities such as a cook making food to a leader in the military and eventually a business. My many skills range from effective communication, teamwork, integrity, strategic planning, problem solves, and calm under pressure. As a manager of Chefs in the Army I also know how to cook and do not allow my team to do anything they have not seen me do many teams before. I learn through the people I manage on both civilian and military side as they learn from me.  

Currently I have earned a Bachelor of Science Criminal Justice from Oakland University, Oakland City, IN. 2018. My leadership experience was more from the military side where i went to multiple Non-Commissioned Officer schools to learn leadership rolls and expectations. My leadership style I prefer are couching leadership, servant leadership, charismatic, delegative, strategic, and visionary. I believe in taking the time to train and mentor everyone under me to become great leaders even it if they may see it in their selves.
