  • Successfully built and integrated analytics tools and statistical models into various business functions, reversing a multi-year trend of labor force shrinkage in key operations positions.

  • Partnered with the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs to collect data and evaluate the impact of the US Department of Education's CCAMPIS grant at SIUE.
  • My duties included designing and implementing survey materials in Qualtrics, advanced statistical analysis, and creating reports to inform key decision-makers.
  • Leveraged multiple Microsoft platforms to design automated data flows. This eased the workload for other teams to process applications quicker and more accurately.
