I am a full-time private practice general dentist, with an Arizona 1302 IV sedation permit allowing me to perform moderate conscious sedation. I am looking for opportunities to provide IV sedation services, outside of my office. I have 17 years of sedation experience, and available a few times a week to provide sedation services to your full implant case patients in your office. 
The advantages I would have over a CRNA, is that I have my own 1302 IV sedation permit, so I would not need to be supervised. I am DMD, can order my own sedation drugs, as I have DEA 222 form license. As a dentist with 26 years of experience, I already fully understand the procedures you are completing, so there is no learning curve. I currently utilize moderate conscious sedation on apprehensive patients or 3rd molar extractions or any general dentistry needs of my patients. 
Currently only looking to offer IV sedation, or moderate conscious sedation services outside of my current private practice. Not dental services. 
The medications that I utilize are the following:
Morphine, Fentanyl, Valium, nitrous oxide, Demerol, Midazolam. I have oral and IV sedation combination that I utilized so patients are comfortable their entire time. 
I have a current ACLS, PALS, 2025 renewed, certification and fully understand the risks and benefits associated with IV sedation. I was trained by Ken Reed and Stanley Malamed, two of the best sedation trainers in the world.  
I would be able to take one of your patients from start to finish and keep them sedated and comfortable with no supervision on your end needed.

I currently offer my private practice patient base, clear aligners, Cerec same day crowns, implant placement, Solea laser restorative treatments. I have 3D printers from Sirona, Spintray, for surgical guides, models, crowns, restorations.
