-Supported case tracking and reporting by recording case data and milestones in ORR and company systems and performed other duties as assigned.

-Collected demographic, economic and housing data while canvassing neighborhoods in Arlington, VA, and several cities and town in southern Georgia.
-Conducted interviews by eliciting critical information from people and explained the objectives and procedures of the surveys to those whom I interviewed.
-Double-checked information on survey forms to ensure the accuracy of information and conducted an extensive and thorough visual survey of areas to be covered during Census operations.
-Identified and reported any issues that arose while attempting to obtain valid data, keeping supervisors abreast of various issues for further investigation and/or consideration.

-Coordinated communications with program partners and participants, outreach to internal and external entities, and budget administration.

-Conducted research on cross-collaborative opportunities, including initiatives for promotion and recruitment.
-Supported the IDEA Office staff during programs as well as development of IDEA’s Annual Report and reports to the Chief.
