Responsibilities included: Interface with various customers regarding quality engineering issues and
nonconforming jet engine components and assemblies. Evaluate and generate concessions for
nonconforming components. Ensure that all manufactured components met all quality requirements per
customer blueprints & specifications prior to issuing the certificate of compliance and shipment.
Customer Support Account Representative, (May 1994 to May 1996)
Responsibilities included: Managed numerous airline and engine overhaul shop accounts. Acted as the
primary contact inside and outside the facility. Performed troubleshooting for any problems or questions a
customer may have had. Develop and maintain sales, prepare contracts and quotations for potential repair
business. Prepared weekly account open order status updates.
Quality Control Inspector, (February 1990 to April 1994)
Responsibilities included: the performance of various inspection methods such as visual, dimensional,
ultrasonic, airflow, FPI and eddy current inspections to assure acceptability of gas turbine components.
