Experience

I am a creative problem solver, design leader, and tech innovator with over 25 years of experience in the music industry.

I founded Synchtank, a leading SaaS company for managing creative and licensing music and media for rights owners and broadcasters, processing royalties, handling global registrations, and producing automated cue sheets. I grew the business to multi-millions in revenue and multinational clients like Disney, Sony, Warner Music Group, peermusic, CD Baby, United Masters, Warner Discovery, ESPN, and The NFL.

I co-founded earthprogram, a strategic music business, technology, and artist consulting firm, with partnerships with EMPIRE, Virgin Music Group, Vydia, and Killphonic. We also have a studio in Flatbush Brooklyn from which we produce our podcast, Music Twindustry with my twin brother, another seasoned music industry veteran.

My core competencies include creative direction, business development, strategy, product ideation and design, metadata, music publishing, and music licensing.  I am passionate about creating and delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower and connect creators, rights holders, and rights users.

I am also on the advisory board for Trusted Advisor, an organization of entertainment, music, and pro sports industry insiders and advisors.
