I have over 15 years' experience in multiple aspects of the logistics sector. I believe in making every customer experience as positive as possible will do whatever is required to make that happen. 

Experience

i have supervised teams working in freight brokering, load planning, dispatching, and other aspects in the logistics industry. My experience has been primarily in truckload and LTL but I have some experience in parcel shipping as well. I have negotiated contracts, developed KPI's to monitor performance, and resolved customer/carrier issues to make as many as possible a win/win for all parties involved.
