I have experience in retail and customer service, having worked as a Sales Associate/Cashier at Plato's Closet and a Brand Representative at Hollister. In these roles, I provided excellent customer service, resolved issues efficiently, and maintained a clean and organized work environment. I also operated cash registers accurately, processed various payment methods, and demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Now, I am seeking a role that provides direct patient care experience, which is essential for my goal of attending PA school and becoming a skilled, compassionate healthcare provider.
