I most recently spent 2022-2025 working with Amazon in a XL facility as a learning ambassador, training and retraining new or existing employees in the pack department.

i started as a packer myself and quickly within a two month span met the requirements to advance. In my first week on staff I was asked to speak in a gamba meeting with the site lead about safety and quality issues I brought up to area leads that was bogging rate quality down and the solutions I had come up with. They soon put my fixes in place and productivity rose quite a bit. the following year I later found more issues around how boxes were stored at desks. I was asked during break to draw up a map, inventory and designate a new design, it was later implemented over a 25/25/25 mapped out shut down (we had pack sectors) and again it improved things. I worked as a process guide during part of this time as well and later moved to vender returns.

I have held a BLS (basic life support) license since I was 17, and keep it current every two years. I’ve always felt it’s important to have at least basic medical knowledge when working in a lot of positions. I’ve been working on my EMT cert though so my scope is quite a bit more extensive. 

Most recently is nearly completing my ged, I just have the math portion to finish. I had to drop out of school as a teen to take care of my mom so it’s been a work in progress to finish school.
