I am a student at MTSU studying Business Administration. I am currently a senior and graduating December 2025. I am passionate in business operations or supply chains. I have various skills that help me to be productive for not just me but for those around me as well. Some of these skills include Microsoft Excel, Spanish, analytical thinking, problem solving, and adaptability.

I have a diverse background in customer service, administrative support, and technical roles. As a Seasonal Tax Assistant at KraftCPAS, I provided key administrative support during tax season, ensuring efficient document preparation and timely completion of tasks. In my role as Senior Technician at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, I maintained high customer satisfaction, trained team members, and assisted with administrative duties to improve operations. As a Sales Associate at Conn’s HomePlus, I tailored product recommendations and processed sales transactions, helping boost conversion rates. Additionally, I adapted to various roles at Chili’s, managing guest seating and supporting team efficiency during peak times, ensuring a seamless dining experience. These experiences have developed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

I am pursing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Minor in Finance, where I developed key skills in areas like Microsoft Excel, KPIs, and interpersonal communication. In my Managing KPIs course, I gained hands-on experience using Excel for business applications, such as creating charts, calculating gross profit percentages, and using pivot tables and V-lookups. My Dale Carnegie course helped me enhance my interpersonal skills and build better relationships, both personally and professionally. Additionally, in my Personal Selling class, I participated in Enterprise Sales Scenarios, which allowed me to refine my sales techniques by partnering with Enterprises Fleet Management to practice active listening, asking the right questions, and closing potential deals. Overall, these classes, among many others, have played a key role in shaping my skills and abilities, ensuring that I am well-equipped and confident in what I do.
