I enjoy what I do greatly because it allows me to make someone's day or night more tolerable during some of the most difficult times, being ill amd away from home. I also enjoy and appreciate the opportunity to make a family feel at ease knowing their loved one will receive the attention they need and deserve. 

As an Analyst, I see the importance of my job, because keeping the EHR and other applications working properly allows my colleagues to complete their assignments/responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
