Jessalynn Chiaramonte

Hello, my name is Jessalynn. I am a dedicated professional with experience in both daycare and retail, seeking to transition into the field of private investigation. I'm passionate about solving mysteries and investigating, and I'm eager to apply my strong research skills and organizational abilities to a career in this field. I am currently trying to obtain my bachelor's in criminology as I try to find a job in this career field.

I have already obtained my pre-licensing CC certification and am actively working towards obtaining my Class C license in the future. My short-term goal is to secure a position as a social media or field investigator at a reputable agency, where I can gain valuable experience and further develop my skills. 

I am a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. I have been told I have a keen eye for details. My experience in the Army JROTC has instilled in me as a strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work efficiently in teams. I am confident in my ability to excel in this challenging and rewarding field.

I have a diverse background with experience in retail, customer service, and childcare. I worked at Walmart for a and some as an apparel and home sales associate, gaining experience in various departments. I also worked at Greg Norman outlet as a sales associate, handling cash and learning key holder responsibilities. My experience in customer service and my interest in research, sparked by my coworker, highlights my ability to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. 

Currently, I work as a daycare teacher at Creative World, where I utilize my customer service, childcare, and first aid/CPR/AED skills to provide quality care for the children. My varied experience demonstrates my adaptability and willingness to learn, making me a valuable asset in any role.

I learn quickly and can multitask.

I graduated from Strawberry Crest High School in 2022 and subsequently attended Ana G. Mendez University to study massage. While there, I found that the class schedule didn't align with my work schedule, so I decided to pursue other educational opportunities. 

I completed an online course at the National Investigative Training Academy to obtain my 40-hour CC intern certification. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Criminology at HCC, with plans to continue my studies at USF in the future. Additionally, I am taking a notary class to further enhance my skills. 

I also have a renewed First Aid/CPR/AED certification and a Florida Investigator CC intern pre-licensing certificate, which demonstrate my commitment to professional development in the field of private investigation.
