My experience working on projects across the spectrum, from the marketing and advertising world to highly specialized social networking algorithms, has given me the opportunity to form unique insights on process, mentoring, team dynamics, and efficiency. My love of learning, mentoring, and implementing good UX on solid server side technologies is what drives my passion for working on truly great products and helping to build great teams.

Experienced in several software development process models, including agile, spiral, and waterfall.

Mostly though, I like writing code that I can be proud of, and building teams with compassion and accountability.
 

I've vacillated between product work, and agency work. Each has provided me with a unique perspective, and opportunity to explore new technologies and evaluate how they perform in short term and long term scenarios.
