Over the years, I have worked in various capacities in the health and wellness industry, including as a self-employed Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer Director at LA Fitness, as well as a Personal Trainer at Oklahoma State University Wellness Department. These roles involved developing individualized fitness programs, conducting comprehensive fitness assessments, and working closely with clients to achieve their goals.

At LA Fitness, I led the implementation of personalized fitness programs for clients, including high-intensity workouts, strength training, and cardiovascular health assessments. I also educated clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention to ensure long-term success. 

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Oklahoma State University. Additionally, my education at Tulsa Technology Center, where I studied Sports Medicine and Therapy Professions, provided me with a strong foundation in understanding cardiovascular health and rehabilitation principles such as monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate, which enhances my ability to deliver individualized exercise programming for patients, as outlined in the Exercise Specialist role.
