I have held various positions in different areas, that have contributed to my overall career course trajectory. I am very Passionate about my mission.

Regardless, all the fancy technological advances with AI and ML, people still need human interaction, 

They need reassurance and validation, when navigating through  the loan process

They need me.

Successful collaboration with a  team of underwriters, title companies, lenders,  and all others  involved in the journey of loan curation,  ensures the most desirable and  extraordinary outcome of a  home refinance or home ownership, 

My mission is to provide  personalized and honest connection, through enhanced communication organization and time management. 

My degree of Client Engagement is unparalleled

Being in the Mortgage industry today requires true character but it  essential to have knowledge of federal guidelines and regulations  as well as  customer tracking optimization 

One, that I’m familiar with is Salesforce, and I’m always researching new software that can  provide better workflow automation. 
I’m a quick learner and can’t wait to dive into any AI platforms or integrations such as Jungo, Surefire and Aidium, that create more efficient work processes. 

Working smarter not harder ensures time for relationship building and inevitable client referrals-which is still the best leads force. 

My main focus is to reconfirm that 

Client interaction is the foundation for continued productivity to maximize company trajectory. 

We cannot be fearful and stay stuck and stagnant in old processes. We have to continue to move forward in an industry being propelled  by Science. I choose not to overlook and undervalue the catalyst that can be used to nurture relationships and achieve overall results. 

I have learned, that I am more successful, when I use technology to fuel my production and increase my  experience. 

My goal is to integrate smart systems into my CRM, but to not let it consume or override the joy of building camaraderie through client relations.

The process that is now being neglected in this field. 

After the Pandemic, we saw the increase of remote jobs increase, which lead to the emergence of AI, and the challenge to move onto this  paradigm shift. 

The question wasn’t how to overcome this technological global expansion, but rather more importantly, how to use this to create a more efficient flow in my daily tasks so that I can spend more time engaging with my clients. 

I wasn’t going to let this become my biggest enemy when it could actually become my greatest tool. 
Either way  perception is key to success. 

I discovered that to continue doing what I’m most passionate about.. I had to become more of an asset than a voice inside of a hard drive. 

This required me to evolve and to shift my focus towards expanding my knowledge in this ever-changing world and digging even deeper into the art of client retention. 

I know the main reason for Ai integration is the global supply and demand chain. The more efficient and effortless workflow is the greater production is. 

Unlike, some of my peers, I do not see this field being taken completely over by AI robots—replacing mortgage industry professionals. 
Because, we remain the ones in demand. 

Having spent years in this field, I know that buying a home or refinancing is an emotional process. 

Something, that Ai is Void of,  is the ability to emotionally connect with humankind. 

I spent the 3 years obtaining licenses, in the area of Global  Collective Energy Curation, then I spent time in Latin America, expanding  my level of cultural awareness to another level by laying  the ground work for client retention, through an  expanded study of  cultural relations. 
And…found that the heart wants what the heart wants. 

Truth, Guidance, Empathy and a heartbeat. 

I not returning to the field, that I’m most passionate about. Truth is- I never left. I am a Client Retention Specialist. 

So, I can sit there, and answer all of your interview questions. 

I can list job after job and the related 6 years experience I have in this field. I can list the mortgage products, platforms and prestigious pipelines I’ve built and managed myself. I could list about my awards and achievements. 
I can list stats and numbers of the hundreds of loans I’ve originated, processed and closed…

I can brag about what a work horse I am. 

But…I want to give more.

So if that’s all you’re looking for then you would miss out on my true intentions, and we wouldn’t share the same core values or be in proper alignment to ensure true growth. In that case, you may as well just scroll on by. No offense taken. 

Truth is your interview is more important to me than it is to you. 

My true intention is my method for increasing Overall Human Satisfaction- Client Retention. 

Psychologically,creating a safe  place, for my clients prior to home ownership. Protecting them from  inflation, home depreciation, and emergency situations— when life doesn’t go as planned— through researching market trends and creating awareness  I am very proactive in solving unforeseen dilemmas by providing solutions ahead of time by tapping into equity reserves through refinancing. 

At the end of the day people want heartbeat not a hard drive. 


 

 


 

Education

I was in the Mortgage Industry for many years. My path then led me to another type of servitude;  Healing Arts, which was imperative for personal ascension  and empirical Soul Growth. 
 

My venture inward, through a broad spectrum of neurological research and study,  has been life changing and has solidified my true passion. 

The time I spent in Latin America has lead to exceptional growth in cultural awareness and greater expansion in the area of client relations.
