It’s very beneficial for one to acquire various skills that add more value to the workplace. For myself this includes demonstrating strong adaptability, emotional intelligence. excellent communication and teamwork fundamentals. It is essential to have continuous improvement on the job. It empowers other team members to follow the example set and demonstrates that were all working together towards a common goal.

I recently went to Bates Technical College and started in 2021 finished in 2023 got my degree in marketing and business management It's an AA degree.
