Jennifer Troxtell

I have done a variety of jobs during the years and have excelled at a good portion of what I have tried. I have found that I enjoy an office setting best, function well in low noise environment, enjoy writing trainings documents as well as training individuals, enjoy reporting and maximizing productivity through improving the quality of digital records and data.

At first glance my resume may seem to be random jobs, but all the jobs are indeed related or connected in some form. My resume begins with Customer service order processor at KN, which I used databases to Process orders for the client’s customers as well as migrating stock to different locations. At Columbus Community Center, I was technically a department manager for the digital imaging department which was a startup department where images were stored to a database and offloaded to the customer desired location for their retrieval; at this facility, I had many side projects, one which included co-designing a database for a state-use contract where material was received to the facility and later shipped out on orders to clients.Next Daryl Flood I was a billing support associate were I used databases to retrieve data to create accurate bills for clients; I also assisted the accounts payable department on several occasions. Employbridge was one of my favorites since I was an Centralized Processing Coordintor, which means I worked with multiple databases and employment branches to ensure payroll data was processed accurately and promptly before given deadlines each week as well as writing training documents nd reports. For Artech, I was a contractor for their client as a Scan Administrator which located and scanned necessary documents into a database for the reason of corporate migration. In recent years, I have several random jobs to keep me busy as the job market was down And currently I am helping my local Walmart improve their system and organization to assist the customer service side of the store as well as the digital team from a users perspectiv.
