I was a member service representative with a large credit union. In this role, caller identity was verified to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access. Account details were thoroughly reviewed to identify alerts and detect irregular transactions, ensuring financial security. Patterns indicating potential fraud or abuse were promptly addressed, all while maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations governing financial products and services. Issues affecting member accounts were evaluated and resolved, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction. Members were advised of the credit union's products and services to enhance their banking experience. First-call resolution was prioritized, involving diligent research and follow-up to efficiently address concerns. Additionally, account transactions—including transfers and payments—were managed effectively to maintain seamless financial operations.
