Jennifer Dallal

I have 13 years experience in interior design and home staging. I have sales and customer service experience dealing with clients. I was involved with the client from the first phone call to the completion of the job. I cold called, used Linkden and organizations to get clients.  I also have experience in recruiting. I make 60 cold calls a day, use Linkedin, job boards and Indeed resume to get companies and candidates to sign. I love interacting with clients and helping them whether it be a project or finding a job or candidate for a position. I also have 13 years experience working from home, I am extremely efficient and go above and beyond for who I am working for. 

I currently work for a recruiting company where I sign companies looking for specific positions filled and candidates looking for a new position. I use LinkedIn Recruiter, logicmelon to post ads on job boards and a company CRM to make calls and keep track of job orders, interview stages and who I have called. I make 60 cold calls a day. Once I have signed a company or found a candidate looking for a new job, I am with them for the whole process until a position is filled and they are working. I am experienced with going through resumes, interviewing companies and candidates to see what they are looking for to provide optimum results in the placement process. I also worked in interior design/homestaging. I also cold called, used Linkedin and joined organizations to get clients. I have used sales techniques and customer service for both positions. I use sales to get clients and customer service to keep them and keep them happy. Both recruiting and interior design I am with the client from the first phone call to a placement in a job or finished project. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with clients. I love the excitement of getting new clients and the satisfaction of helping existing clients. I have also worked from home for the last 13 years. I thrive in that environment. I am extremely efficient and go above and beyond for who I am working for.
