For the length of my professional career a component of my work has always been working with customers and the public. I find that my communication style is effective at conveying complicated ideas and concepts clearly. I believe in advocacy for both customers and employees. I have a knack for seeing the lens through which others may be operating and finding a path forward with them.
I am highly qualified in most common business software applications. I have over 20 years of experience with technical competencies, and I enjoy learning new applications, new programs and new technologies. I don’t shy away from tech, I embrace it. I have used Microsoft Office, ACT Database, Google Suite, and Adobe just to name a few. I also created a web-based program for a medical office that needed to be updated and I design and create web sites for fun.
I have extensive experience in contacting targeted clients for a SaaS platform. I successfully enrolled over 300 users. I was “boots on the ground” when it came to recruiting new members, new-member retention and face-to-face meetings for educational and marketing purposes. I was responsible for interviewing and hiring staff at all levels and I was a vital member of the development of strategic partnerships with sustainable and DEI-focused companies.
I have extensive (4 years) experience and a firm grasp in medical billing and I was the lead biller for a Chiropractic Office here in California.
