My previous experience as a home healthcare assistant that consisted of maintaining HIPPA, and organizational policy adaptations have provided me with the knowledge necessary to cultivate your business objectives. 

Furthermore, my experience at Olin of curating trainings and managing their LMS system have directed me towards possessing the skills necessary to contribute towards company development, and generating innovative engagement methods that pinpoint organizational strategies.

My educational experience comprised of a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston, as well as my one year of experience as a home healthcare assistant, and additional 6 months of experience as a learning and development intern at Olin have equipped me with the tools necessary to be a contributing member to CM Biomass US team and a great fit as a Human Resources Generalist.
