My background blends project management, cross‑functional coordination, and product‑minded thinking. I’ve led high‑volume, regulated projects, improved workflows with data and AI, and built processes that directly improved accuracy, timing, and profitability. I’m PSM I certified and finishing up my PMP, and I’m especially drawn to roles where product, people, and delivery overlap.

A big part of my work has always been navigating complex stakeholder environments — the vocal ones, the quiet ones, and the “invisible” ones whose needs still shape the outcome. I’m comfortable pulling clarity from competing priorities, translating what people mean into what teams need, and keeping communication steady so nothing gets lost between functions.

I’ve built my career around making complex work easier for teams to manage. Most of the environments I’ve worked in move quickly, involve a lot of details, and require someone who can keep everything organized while still seeing the bigger picture. That’s where I’m comfortable — taking in the moving parts, figuring out what matters, and turning it into a plan people can actually follow.

I work well with a wide range of stakeholders, including the ones who operate behind the scenes but still influence decisions. I communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and make sure expectations stay aligned so the work doesn’t drift or stall.

I’ve worked in environments where the work moves quickly, the details matter, and teams need clear processes to deliver consistently.

I’m PSM I certified and finishing up my PMP, and I tend to gravitate toward roles where product, people, and delivery intersect. My style is straightforward: keep things organized, keep communication clear, and help teams move forward with fewer obstacles.

I hold a B.S. in Biology with a minor in CIS and Animal Science.  I have an M.Ed. in Administration. 

I’m PSM I certified, currently wrapping up my PMP, and have added practical training in Agile tools, project management, and AI to support modern product and delivery work.
