I've been designing professionally since 2014, working my way through creative agencies, healthcare, biotech, pharma, and IT consulting. For years, I was designing without really understanding why. Then I moved into UX research and everything clicked. Turns out, I love the messy part: talking to users, analyzing behaviors, finding the outliers that break assumptions, and using all of that to inform design decisions. My visual design background means I can take insights all the way through to polished, high-fidelity prototypes.

These days I'm focused on designing for mobile and web, where interesting problems live. Complex systems, dense data, users who need tools that actually work (not just look good). Career highlight: Co-founded a health & wellness company where I built wore every hat under the creative umbrella. The company didn't pan out, but I learned more in those couple years than I did in the previous five. Currently leveling up my formal UX skills and looking for UX/UI, Product Design, and Sr. Graphic Designer roles where I can combine research and design to build things that matter.

I'm a UX/UI Designer and Senior Graphic Designer with 10+ years of experience solving difficult problems across healthcare, B2B tech, and enterprise industries. What makes me unique is my journey, I built a deep foundation in brand systems, visual design, and high-volume content creation before transitioning into UX research and product design. That combination means I bring both strategic research thinking and polished visual craft to every project.

Most recently at BCforward, I conducted 14+ UX research projects for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client, contributing to 41% adoption rates for Microsoft 365 Copilot across 40,000 employees and reducing developer onboarding time by 40%. Before that, at Roche Diabetes Care, I built global brand systems, designed sales enablement tools, and led marketing migrations across 20+ international affiliates.

Whether I'm conducting user research, designing scalable brand systems, or crafting high-fidelity interfaces, I bridge creative vision and strategic thinking to deliver solutions that actually move the needle.

Currently pursuing a UX Design certificate from Google. I Graduated from The Art Institute of Indianapolis in 2014 where I obtained my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Graphic Design and Interactive Media.
